My experience with Southwestern Advantage started off when i was an immature freshman, who thought he knew everything. It took me a bit of time for me to get past my initial fears and ego, but I knew I was up for some adventure. Now 5 years later, having traveled and worked everywhere in the US, Mexico, and Europe, I’m proud to serve families and change the lives of my peers. I’m excited to see what the future has in store for me.
The most challenging part was remaining coachable and not letting my ego get in the way
Very helpful o going feedback and coaching was a tremendous help for me
We compete, we hold each other accountable, and we treat each other like family.
It takes all summer to have a great summer
