Describe the office environment/culture.

There's a lot of politics involved between the teams. It seemed as if no one wanted to work with each other, and most people practically said "not my responsibility" when asked to co-ordinate with other teams.

There were barely opportunities for non-work-related social interactions. Some teams would host small events in the cafeteria but never bothered to invite anyone outside of their own group.
